Author - Deanna Mulligan’s Biography:

Deanna M. Mulligan is the Former CEO and Board Chair of Guardian Life Insurance Company. She was a Principal at McKinsey & Company and has held senior positions at AXA Financial, New York Life Insurance Company, and ChannelPoint. Ms. Mulligan is a Board member of The Vanguard Group, the American Council of Life Insurers, the Partnership for New York City, the Economic Club of New York, the Chief Executives for Corporate Purpose and is actively engaged with numerous civic organizations.  Ms. Mulligan graduated from the University of Nebraska with High Distinction and holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
 

Moderator - Zarifa Reynolds’ Biography: Zarifa leads a national sales, distribution and underwriting team at Guardian Life Insurance Company that focuses on supporting small businesses.  Prior to joining Guardian, she was Head of Corporate Development at TIAA and a law firm partner at Greenberg Traurig.
